Tortworth Cout has many spaces to hold the wedding ceremony. From the beautiful Orangery, the great Westminster, the room at the top that provides a stunning view of the scenery & the outdoor bandstand has proved to be a popular adition. With so much choice It comes down to personal preference, how many guests will be attending and what vibes you want your wedding day to have.
Where is best to capture outdoor footage around the arboretum and grounds?
Tortworth Court has one of the best gardens around. There are plenty of flower beds, tree lined paths and a pergola. These offer stunning views with Tortworth House in the background. Outside the main doors there is a welcome sign with stonework for some natural footage. The hiden secret is behing the Orangry, a wonderful space that changes each season. I have been lucky enough to capture a couple of weddings during bluebell season and the footage was exceptional.
I must point out plan B in the unlikely event of bad weather. Indoors there is a fabulous stairway that covers mulitiple levels. The Atrium proves a good back drop as does the Bar / Library room.
